Shawn Werner joined SRO in June of 2017. He brings a diverse set of experiences working in the entertainment/arts administration industry, including programming, coordinating patron services experiences at New York’s Lincoln Center, working in print royalties, supplying piano accompaniment for Madison Ballet, managing development initiatives, and currently serving as the Music Director for his church. Originally born and raised in Colorado, Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in music with a piano performance emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his free time, Shawn enjoys discovering new music of all kinds, reading, biking, camping, hiking, backpacking, kayaking and canoeing, traveling, ruthlessly cheering on the Badgers, and he may have an (unhealthy) addiction to playing and watching hockey.
